Here are the different jigs for engraving rings:
- Standard Ring Jigs: designed for inside engraving, this jig can hold classic rings as well as wedding bands topped with a diamond. It keeps the ring perfectly secured during rotation while preventing any risk of surface damage.
- Premium Ring Jigs: offering inside and outside engraving, this premium solution is ideal for round wedding rings. It ensures perfect centering and precise clamping, allowing for clean, deep, and uniform engraving on the entire circumference of the ring.

- Jewel kit
This kit can transform your M20 X into an M20 X Jewel. It includes chuck for rings and a dedicated jewelry jig, allowing you to engrave the inside of rings (up to 27 mm - 1.06'' in diameter), and do flat engravings on pendants, curved bangles, and chain bracelets.
- Outside ring kit
Compatible with the M20 X Jewel, this kit allows deep engraving on the outside of rings with a diameter of 24 mm (0.44'') max.
Available in different dimensions, it can be used with or without a tailstock, depending on the type of ring or material. The tailstock offers precision and stability from both sides of the ring holder.

When engraving glass, it is important to gently but firmly hold the product when engraving to avoid any risk of breaks. Therefore, Gravotech designed kits for engraving glass bottles of various sizes and glass cups. Here are the different kits:
- Cup kit
Designed for engraving cylindrical items up to 80 mm (3.15'') in diameter, this kit is partly made out of rubber to prevent any risk of slipping or damaging the part.
Compatible with M20 X and M20 X Jewel, it’s ideal for engraving wine or champagne glasses.
- Bottle kit
Compatible with M40, this kit holds bottles and cups up to 110 mm (4.33'') in diameter. It is ideal to engrave wine or champagne bottles, and drinking glasses.
Its rubber holding system ensures a safe grip on fragile materials such as glass or ceramics, preventing cracks or surface damage during engraving.
- Larger cylinder chuck
Dedicated to large items, this kit is compatible with the IS400 Volume with a rotary device and allows engraving on cylindrical objects up to 350 mm (13.78''), such as standard wine bottles, Magnum (1.5L) or Jeroboam (3L) bottles, and champagne bottles.

- Gravogrip™ table: compatible with M20, M20 X and M40, this flexible, naturally adhesive material securely holds plastic or metallic sheets during engraving or cutting. It eliminates the need for additional tape, vacuum, or clamping systems, saving setup time while protecting delicate surfaces.
- Cutting jigs: compatible with M20, M20 X, M20 X Jewel, WeLase™ and LW2, these jigs are perfect for cutting thin metal plates. They include four holding flanges that firmly secure the plate during cutting, ensuring precision and operator safety. They can also incorporate martyr plates to prevent tool damage and maintain surface quality over time.

Flat jigs are the most versatile clamping systems in Gravotech’s range. They are designed to hold any type of object, regardless of its shape or size, firmly and safely. Our engraving solutions
Our M20 X, M40, IS400, and ISx000 are different-sized engraving stations that answer different needs.
The M20 X and M40 are engraving machines perfect for in-shop use to engrave small signage plates and gifts, like jewelry or perfume bottles (M20 X) or wine bottles (M40).
The IS400 is the ideal machine for plaques engraving in small series and personalizing various products. The IS400 Volume version allows wine & spirits bottle engraving, from standard-sized bottles to Jeroboam bottles. We recommend using this engraving in a workshop or backroom.
For engraving and cutting plaques in more quantities, we recommend using the ISx000 engraving stations. Their different sizes of engraving areas suits your volume of engravings and cuttings.
