Wij (Gravotech Marking en haar filialen), onze distributeurs voor communicatie en marketing en/of relatiebeheer (als gezamenlijke verantwoordelijken), onze onderaannemer voor websitehosting (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.), onze onderaannemers voor databasebeheer (ACTENCY en SCAFE, Frankrijk) en onze onderaannemer voor communicatie (SENDINBLUE (BREVO), Frankrijk) kunnen uw persoonsgegevens ontvangen en verwerken voor de hierboven vermelde doeleinden.
Worden uw Persoonsgegevens overgedragen naar een derde land/regio buiten de Europese Unie?
We kunnen, op een 'need-to-know'-basis, uw Persoonsgegevens binnen Gravotech Group en aan gerelateerde derde partijen (inclusief gegevensverwerker) overdragen. Deze bedrijven kunnen buiten de Europese Unie zijn gevestigd. Hoe lang worden uw Persoonsgegevens bewaard?
We verwerken en bewaren uw Persoonsgegevens zolang dit nodig is om te voldoen aan onze zakelijke relatie of wettelijke verplichtingen.
